DIMOND, Senior Justice. In August, 1974, Davis Shagloak entered a guilty plea to a charge of burglary he had committed in April of that year. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of two years. 1 Sometime later, he was sent to a rehabilitative institution called Future House. He escaped from there in October, 1974, was apprehended on December 3 of that year, and was incarcerated to complete his two-year sentence.
